You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other candle customers. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these terms. Respect the intellectual property rights of others when using our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS

1. All purchases from our retail candles company are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
2. By making a purchase, customers agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
3. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
4. Customers should read our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
5. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers when placing an order.
6. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the misuse of our products.

RETURN POLICY

We review returns on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return, candles must be "unburned" and "unlit" and any other items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer returns because of dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering, however, if you contact us and you are absolutely not satisfied, we will work with you to make sure that you are happy!

If your order is received damaged or unusable, please contact customer service within 48 hours at contact@metimemoments.com and we will instruct you on how to return your purchase. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order and you did not contact us, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or an order number.

  • General Returns

  • Return Shipping
    To return your product contact us via email: info@metimemoments.com You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or if you prefer, a replacement candle of equal value. You will be advised by email when the Transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
  • Missing or Late Refunds
    Please contact your bank/credit card company first, as it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you after 14 days, please contact us at contact@metimemoments.com.
